Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Eligibility

• Renters must be at least 21 years old. Some vehicle categories require a minimum age of 25.

• A valid driver’s license, issued at least one year prior, is required.

• An international driving permit may be required for non-EU licenses.

2. Booking and Payment

• Reservations can be made online or in person.

• A valid credit or debit card is required to secure the booking.

• Full payment or a deposit may be required depending on the rental duration and vehicle category.

• Prices include basic insurance unless otherwise stated.

3. Vehicle Use and Responsibilities

• The vehicle must be used in accordance with all traffic laws and regulations.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.

• The renter is responsible for fuel costs and must return the vehicle with the same fuel level.

• The vehicle may only be driven within Albania unless prior authorization is obtained.

4. Insurance and Liability

• Basic insurance is included, covering third-party liability.

• Additional insurance packages (e.g., collision damage waiver, theft protection) are available at extra cost.

• The renter is responsible for the deductible amount in case of damage or theft.

• Toto.Rent is not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

5. Damage and Accidents

• Any damage, accident, or theft must be reported immediately to Toto.Rent and local authorities.

• Failure to report incidents may result in full liability for damages.

• Repairs will be arranged by Toto.Rent, and costs will be charged to the renter as applicable.

6. Vehicle Return

• Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date, time, and location.

• Late returns may incur additional fees.

• The vehicle must be returned clean and in the same condition as rented; excessive dirtiness may incur cleaning fees.

7. Cancellation and Amendments

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pick-up will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may be subject to partial or full charges.

• Changes to booking dates or vehicle category are subject to availability and may incur fees.

8. Prohibited Uses

• The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, towing, or racing.

• Subleasing or lending the vehicle to a third party is prohibited.

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden.

9. Privacy

• Toto.Rent respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• Your information will only be used to process bookings and improve our services.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania.

• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Albanian courts.
