• Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to [insert percentage or amount] of the rental cost.
