1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfers (for corporate clients, by prior arrangement)

• Other digital wallets as indicated at checkout

2. Payment Timing

• Booking Confirmation: Full payment or a required deposit must be made at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

• Deposit: For select vehicles or longer rentals, a refundable security deposit may be required before vehicle pickup.

• Balance Payment: If only a deposit is made initially, the remaining balance must be paid prior to vehicle pickup or as specified during booking.

3. Security Deposit

• A security deposit will be held on your card at pickup and released after the vehicle is returned in good condition.

• The deposit amount varies by vehicle category and rental duration.

• Any damages, fines, or additional charges will be deducted from the deposit.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made [48] hours before pickup may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit or full payment.

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within [29] business days.

5. Late Payments

• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
