In most cases, cross-border travel is allowed only with prior approval and may include additional insurance or fees. Please contact us before crossing any borders.
Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are authorized to drive the car. You can add an extra driver by contacting us. They must meet the same age and license requirements.
The required fuel type (e.g., petrol or diesel) is indicated on the fuel cap and in the rental agreement. You can refuel at any major gas station. Make sure to return the car with the same fuel level to avoid extra charges.
Your security deposit will be released within 20-30 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. If you used a debit card, it might take slightly longer to appear in your account.
You may be charged additional fees if the car was returned with less fuel, damage, or extra mileage beyond the rental agreement. A full invoice will be sent to your email for transparency.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We check all vehicles after return and keep lost items in our office for a limited time. If found, we’ll arrange a pickup or delivery.
Yes, a copy of your invoice and rental agreement is emailed to you after the rental. If you didn’t receive it, contact us and we’ll resend it immediately.
