Before rental

What documents do I need to rent a car?

ou will need a valid driver’s license, a national ID or passport, and a credit or debit card in your name. International customers may also need an International Driving Permit (IDP) depending on local laws.

Is there a minimum age requirement to rent a car?

Yes, most car rental companies require drivers to be at least 21 years old. Some vehicle categories may require drivers to be 25 or older. A young driver surcharge may apply for drivers under 25.

Do I need a credit card, or can I pay with a debit card or cash?

A credit card is usually required for the security deposit. Some locations accept debit cards, but conditions may apply. Cash payments are typically not accepted for the deposit.

What is included in the rental price?

The rental price usually includes the basic rental fee, taxes, and basic insurance (such as Collision Damage Waiver). Additional charges may apply for GPS, child seats, extra drivers, or full insurance coverage.

Can I return the car to a different location?

Yes, this is called a one-way rental. It’s possible, but it depends on availability and may incur an additional fee. Please check with us in advance if you plan to return the car to a different location.

What should I do if the car breaks down or I have an issue?

Contact our 24/7 roadside assistance hotline immediately. The number is provided in your rental agreement and inside the glovebox. We will arrange help or a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, you can request an extension by calling our customer service or visiting your rental account online. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and additional charges may apply.

Am I allowed to drive the rental car outside the country/region?

In most cases, cross-border travel is allowed only with prior approval and may include additional insurance or fees. Please contact us before crossing any borders.

Can someone else drive the rental car?

Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are authorized to drive the car. You can add an extra driver by contacting us. They must meet the same age and license requirements.

Where can I refuel the car, and what type of fuel should I use?

The required fuel type (e.g., petrol or diesel) is indicated on the fuel cap and in the rental agreement. You can refuel at any major gas station. Make sure to return the car with the same fuel level to avoid extra charges.

When will I get my deposit back?

Your security deposit will be released within 20-30 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. If you used a debit card, it might take slightly longer to appear in your account.

Will I be charged any additional fees after return?

You may be charged additional fees if the car was returned with less fuel, damage, or extra mileage beyond the rental agreement. A full invoice will be sent to your email for transparency.

I forgot something in the car — how can I retrieve it?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We check all vehicles after return and keep lost items in our office for a limited time. If found, we’ll arrange a pickup or delivery.

Can I get a copy of my rental invoice or agreement?

Yes, a copy of your invoice and rental agreement is emailed to you after the rental. If you didn’t receive it, contact us and we’ll resend it immediately.

How can I give feedback or make a complaint?

We value your feedback! You can leave a review through the post-rental email or contact our customer service team directly if you had any issues. We aim to resolve complaints within 48 hours.
